We practice to alleviate suffering, in all of the ways it shows up in our bodies, hearts, minds, and lives. This ongoing, live, weekly drop-in is designed to make it easier for beginners to learn to meditate and for experienced people to maintain a regular practice in community.
Whether you are sleepy, anxious, settled, challenged...do show up. Whatever our condition, when we bring mindfulness to it, we expand our tolerance for a broader bandwidth of experience...and better connect to what it is to be human.
