Sarah Jane's long-running yin/mindfulness class is now online, as is her fellow teacher Jennifer O'Sullivan's Monday class. They teach in the Insight Yoga style, which encourages us to fully inhabit our bodies with curiosity and kindness while in yin yoga postures. With the addition of meditation, this practice is a great way to nourish the body, heal the heart, and train the mind, contributing to ease and resilience in life.

In the Buddhist tradition of dana, these classes are offered by donation. Dana means generosity or alms and refers to the custom whereby teachers accept donations offered freely by students rather than set a price on teachings.
