Mindfulness from the Inside Out
Sarah Jane offers contemplative and somatic antidotes to the stress of modern living. Her yoga and mindfulness teaching are trauma-informed, inspired by nature, and relevant to our times while remaining respectful to tradition.

To promote wholeness and connectedness, she draws from various streams of yoga and Buddhism, and includes Internal Family Systems and Somatic Experiencing methods, which make for potent 1:1 sessions.  

When we feel more at home with ourselves, we more skillfully engage in the world. If you want to feel well and benefit others, and consider yourself spiritual in a down-to-earth way, she might be a good guide for your inner explorations.

Weekly Group Practices

Themes include: Rest and resilience, key insights of mindful awareness, befriending ourselves, finding ease with uncertainty, transforming suffering through compassion, and cultivating equanimity as support for engaging in life. ​
