Insight Yoga Practice Group: Sundays in June
Beginning with an optional check-in at 9am EDT, practice runs 9:15-10:30. Refreshing pranayama, yin/yang yoga, and mindfulness and compassion meditation woven together for a sense of wholeness and connectedness. Limited to 10.
