Hello there, I'm Sarah Jane Shangraw.

I share yogic, Buddhist, and psychological methods to antidote the stress of modern living. Whether teaching in a living room, boardroom, prison, or senior center, I'm motivated by the idea that when we feel at home in ourselves, we are better able to engage with those around us, making life more easeful, meaningful, and satisfying for all.

Through Yoga & Mindfulness Coaching I help folks live and age well, and develop fresh perspectives on life's changes and challenges, such as illness and even the end of life. 


Recently I helped develop the Insight Yoga Online Studio, a global teachers collective offering weekly Insight Yoga and Buddhist meditation classes. Join me there!
