Body-Heart-Mind Reset

A 6-week mindfulness-based online workshop designed with yogic, Buddhist, and evidence-based teachings to support you during painful life transitions and challenging times so you can thrive.

Weekly Topics

 1. A Fresh Perspective in Three Parts
2. Mindfulness and Self-Compassion
3. Stress and Resilience
4. Habit Disruption and Formation
5. Showing Up and Creating Space
6. The Happiness and Joy of a Self-Led Life

"The best of life is not just surviving, but thriving with passion and compassion and humor and style and generosity and kindness."
~Maya Angelou

How It Works

Body-Heart-Mind Reset is designed to antidote stress and anxiety, and help you navigate disruption and change with integrity and grace...and while you're at it, model for others a better way to be.

Unlike a one-time destination workshop, when you return home and can't quite integrate into your life all of the transformational material you felt so enthusiastic about at the retreat center, this "home-based mini course" helps you integrate your learning and practice into your life as you go.

The idea is to feel better now, as well as to know how to remain resilient, engaged, and even joyous through what is yet to come.

  • Once-a-week online group meetings include a talk on the weekly theme, meditation, and Q&A.
  • These meetings will be recorded so you may watch later.
  • Light assignments between meetings include journaling and may include videos and short articles.
  • You will be guided in establishing a regular meditation/mindful movement practice.
  • Weekly meetings, assignments, and your practice will take 4-6 hours per week.

Starts April 3, 2020

Meetings each Friday, 12pm Eastern Time, April 3-May 8

"All life is sorrowful; there is however an escape from sorrow.... It is the state you find when you are no longer driven to live by compelling desires, fears, and social commitments, when you have found your center of freedom and can act by choice out of that."  –Joseph Campbell, The Power of Myth
