About Insight Yoga In these small-group workshops we interweave breathwork, yin and yang yoga, rest, meditation, and contemplation practices. The name Insight Yoga was coined by Sarah and Ty Powers to indicate an integrative and therapeutic practice for body, heart, and mind. It draws from several yoga and Buddhist lineages, Taoism, and psychological methods, and can result in a sense of physical vitality, emotional capacity, and mental clarity.
