About Insight Yoga Insight Yoga is an integrative and therapeutic practice for body, heart, and mind. It draws from several yoga and Buddhist lineages, Taoism, and psychological methods, and promotes physical vitality, emotional capacity, and mental clarity. In these small-group workshops we interweave breathwork, yin yoga, rest, meditation, and contemplation practices.
