Are you a Boston practitioner? Consider yourself warmly invited to join any of these in-person gatherings featuring somatic and contemplative methods for self-awareness and collective well-being.
About Insight Yoga
In these small-group workshops we interweave breathwork, yin and yang yoga, rest, meditation, and contemplation practices. The name Insight Yoga was coined by Sarah and Ty Powers to indicate an integrative and therapeutic practice for body, heart, and mind. It draws from several yoga and Buddhist lineages, Taoism, and psychological methods, and can result in a sense of physical vitality, emotional capacity, and mental clarity.

  • March 1 (10am-Noon): Maintaining Balance
  • April 12 (9-11am): Beginning Again

  • June (date TBA): Practicing in a World on Fire

  • Sessions are in-person at my home in the Jamaica Plain neighborhood of Boston.
  • To sign up, simply contact me here (each session capped at 6 people)
  • $20-40/workshop via Venmo after session
