Meditators and yoga practitioners alike gather monthly to spend two hours with a variety of yogic and Buddhist methods for establishing balance and experiencing the self as it is: luminous and full of potential. This class features a long yin yoga sequence. The amount of guidance and silence during yin yoga sequences and meditations creates an environment that is both supportive for learners and spacious for experienced practitioners.

THE RESILIENT SELF January 1, 2020, 1-3pm In this annual New Year's Day event, Sarah Jane weaves yoga, mindfulness, and contemplation to enhance open-heartedness and insight. Relaxed and inspired, you will identify your lessons from 2019 and let go the rest. Sarah Jane will then guide you in uncovering and committing to your deepest aspirations for 2020. CONTEMPLATIONS FOR A YEAR OF PEACE AND PURPOSE January 1, 2020, 4-6pm For a small group of "The Resilient Self" participants or others with at least 1 year experience with yoga, meditation, or psycho-spiritual inquiry, Sarah Jane is offering a program of yogic and Buddhist contemplative methods for deeper inquiry in a more intimate group setting. Through both inner work and group processing, we will tap into our innate wisdom and compassion and initiate a year of inner blossoming, with suggested seasonal assignments, and opportunities for deepening the work as the year progresses. DETOX & RENEW: INSIGHT YOGA & ACUPUNCTURE WORKSHOP April 28, 2019, 1-3PM My dear friend and holistic acupuncturist Seetal Cheema, MD, once again joins me from Los Angeles to offer the chance to retreat for an afternoon and emerge anew. Through yin yoga and mindfulness and compassion meditation practices woven together for potency, we encourage detoxification and establish a sense of freshness for spring.
