In the Boston area, I travel to clients homes and curate yogic and Buddhist practices to directly address their immediate and long-term needs. Whether you are healing from an injury or event, learning to manage a chronic condition, or seeking freedom from a situation in which you feel stuck, transformation is inevitable when you dedicate yourself to time-tested practices.
I will show up for you, set you on a path, and kindly hold you accountable:
I will develop with you a practice supportive of your lifestyle and goals
It may include yoga and/or meditation, depending on your interests and needs
We can expand or change your routine so it addresses your body-heart-mind as life changes
We can discuss frequency and consistency in practice, and audio-record sessions for your use later
So that we may cover a range of methods as you establish a regular practice, I recommend weekly or bi-monthly sessions for 12 weeks, or occasional session for the long term.
