It may include yoga and/or meditation, depending on your interests
We can adjust your practice to help you meet changing circumstances
We can discuss consistency in practice, and record sessions to watch again
You might choose to proceed long term if you want to: keep your practice regular and fresh, manage a chronic illness or situation, or process psycho-spiritual issues in an embodied way.
To respond to the moment we are in, I have changed program prices to suggested donations and these in-home, online sessions on a sliding scale, $50-$150/hour.
