Introduction to Mindfulness & Compassion Meditation
A 5-week, systematic introduction to mindfulness meditation and complementary compassion methods as a firm foundation for an ongoing practice and a good, engaged life.

How (and whether) to sit
Mindfulness of Breath
Mindfulness of the Body
Feeling the Tone of a Moment
The Power of the Pause
Mindfulness of Thoughts and Emotions
Stress and Resilience
Mindful Technology Use
A portion of proceeds from these classes are donated to Families for Justice as Healing, an organization of formerly incarcerated women working to end the incarceration of women and girls.
