Whether simply checking in for some coaching or a practice "tune up," or working long-term with Sarah Jane on a new direction, sessions may include:
Discussing your relationship to your body, heart, and mind, and the places in life where you get stuck
Trying new methods: Mindfulness meditation or movement, yoga, breathwork, "parts" work, vipassana-out-loud
Developing or refreshing your mind/body practice format, frequency, and methods
Referrals to relevant resources including books, teachers, and programs
Yoga teachers: Developing your voice, offerings, and learning path
Half-hour check-In: $50. Hour-long session on a sliding scale: $75-$125/hour. Five- and ten-session package discounts available to make longer-term mentoring more accessible. Payment may be made via Venmo or PayPal.
