You are welcome to check in for coaching on your practice (a "tune up") or come for longer term guidance on a journey you may or may not hesitate to call "spiritual."
Sessions might include:
Discussing your relationship to your body, heart, and mind, and the places in life where you get stuck
Mindfulness meditation, self-compassion and breathing exercises, mindful movement or yoga, "parts" work, vipassana-out-loud, and more
Developing or refreshing your mind/body practice format, frequency, and methods
Referrals to relevant resources including books, teachers, and programs
