Mindfulness & Compassion Practice Group
Live Online on Wednesdays, 7:15-7:45am Eastern Time (U.S.)

Drop in for a check-in, short talk on mindfulness, and 20-minute meditation. This ongoing, live, weekly drop-in is designed to make it easier for beginners to learn to meditate and for experienced people to maintain a regular practice in community. 

Sign up to receive the Zoom link, reminders, and occasional recordings.

Whether you are sleepy, anxious, settled, challenged...do show up. Whatever our condition, when we bring mindfulness to it, we expand our tolerance for a broader bandwidth of experience...and better connect to what it is to be human.​
