Drop in for a check-in, short talk on mindfulness, and 20-minute meditation. This ongoing, live, weekly drop-in is designed to make it easier for beginners to learn to meditate and for experienced people to maintain a regular practice in community. 

​Whether you are sleepy, anxious, settled, challenged...do show up. Whatever our condition, when we bring mindfulness to it, we expand our tolerance for a broader bandwidth of experience...and better connect to what it is to be human.​

​This offering is supported through optional donations.

Also, watch for Sarah Jane's biannual courses on mindfulness and compassion, which are a systematic introduction to the history, science, application, and methods of these practices.
