This year-old, live weekly drop-in was designed to make it easier for beginners to learn to meditate and for experienced people to maintain a regular practice in community.
Now, coming together in practice communities has never been more important.
Sign up for the Zoom link and with a click on Wednesday mornings you can join from any quiet place. The next day you'll receive the meditation recording to help you continue practice all week. Soon, you'll receive notice of additional weekly "sits."

What to Expect
Sign on with or without your web camera on. I give everyone the option to check in by sharing their name, location, and what feels present. Then I explain the method of meditation for the day, guide a 20-minute meditation, and invite questions and comments before a check-out.
Whether you are sleepy, anxious, settled, challenged...I encourage you to show up. Whatever our condition, when we bring mindfulness to it, we expand our tolerance for a broader bandwidth of experience.
Practice results in deeper self-knowledge, a greater sense of connection to others, enhanced ability to self-regulate, and less mental suffering.
