Meditation Practice Group Live Online on Wednesdays, 7:15-7:45am Eastern Time (U.S.)
Drop in for a check-in, short talk on mindfulness, and 20-minute mindfulness or compassion meditation. This live-online, weekly drop-in is designed to make it easier for beginners to learn to meditate and for experienced people to maintain a regular practice in community.
Whether you are sleepy, anxious, settled, challenged...do show up. Whatever our condition, when we bring mindfulness to it, we expand our tolerance for a broader bandwidth of experience...and better connect to what it is to be human.
