Whether you are sleepy, anxious, settled, challenged...do show up. Whatever our condition, when we bring mindfulness to it, we expand our tolerance for a broader bandwidth of experience...and better connect to what it is to be human.

Mindfulness is a tool for examining our minds, where we can uncover conditioning and bias, freeing us to act with more choice and skill. This crucial for engaging in a society such as in the States, which is polarized and systematically unjust.
