A certified mindfulness teacher, Sarah Jane opens and closes classes with meditation. In between she teaches yin yoga as a method of embodied mindfulness and encourages participants of all levels of experience to bring curiosity and self-kindness to the many moments they spend in various postures. A trauma-informed teacher, Sarah Jane offers several variations and encourages agency so that students determine their own pace and depth of practice. Each 90-minute online session is an opportunity to start where you are and nourish the body, heal the heart, and train the mind. Repeated attendance may contribute to more ease and resilience.
