Sarah Jane's long-running Thursday yin/mindfulness class is now online. She and her colleague Jennifer O'Sullivan (Monday classes) teach in the Insight Yoga style, which encourages us to bring curiosity and kindness to moments spent in yin yoga postures. With the addition of meditation, this practice nourishes the body, heals the heart, and trains the mind, contributing to ease and resilience in life.

Offered by Donation
In the Buddhist tradition of dana, these classes are offered by donation. Dana means generosity or alms and refers to the custom whereby teachers accept donations offered freely by students rather than set a price on teachings.
