Live Online Yin Yoga/Mindfulness Meditation Classes
Mondays and Thursdays, 6-7pm Eastern Time
Sarah Jane's long-running Thursday yin/mindfulness class is now online, as is her colleague Jennifer O'Sullivan's Monday class, for a twice-weekly offering made for these times. Both teach in the Insight Yoga style, which encourages us to fully inhabit our whole selves with curiosity and kindness. We nourish our bodies, heal our hearts, and train our minds so we may meet difficulty with ease.

In the Buddhist tradition of dana, we are offering these classes by donation. Dana means generosity or alms and refers to the custom whereby teachers accept donations offered freely by students rather than set a price on teachings.
