Insight Yoga Practice Group Live Online Thursdays, 6-7pm Eastern Time (U.S.) No class on September 7 & 14 and October 19 & 26, 2023
A certified mindfulness teacher, Sarah Jane opens and closes these classes with meditation, and in-between she teaches yin yoga as a method of embodied mindfulness. She weaves in inquiry and compassion, encouraging participants to bring curiosity and self-kindness to the many moments they spend in various postures. A trauma-informed teacher, Sarah Jane offers several postural variations and encourages students to trust their own way of practicing.
Each hour-long session is an opportunity to start where you are and nourish the body, heal the heart, and train the mind. Repeated attendance may result in increased self-awareness and resilience.
