A certified mindfulness teacher, Sarah Jane opens and closes yoga classes with meditation. In between she teaches yin yoga as a method of embodied mindfulness and encourages participants of all levels of experience to bring curiosity and self-kindness to the many moments they spend in various postures. A trauma-informed teacher, Sarah Jane offers several variations and encourages agency so that students determine their own pace and depth of practice. Each 90-minute online session is an opportunity to start where you are and nourish the body, heal the heart, and train the mind. Repeated attendance may result in increased self-awareness and resilience.
