Sarah Jane's long-running yin/mindfulness practice is now online, as is her colleague Jennifer O'Sullivan's Monday class, for a twice-weekly offering made for these times. Both teach in the Insight Yoga style, which encourages us to fully inhabit our whole selves with curiosity and kindness. We nourish our bodies, heal our hearts, and train our minds so we may meet difficulty with ease, and thrive.

In the Buddhist tradition of dana, these classes are offered by donation. Dana means generosity or alms and refers to the custom whereby teachers accept donations offered freely by students rather than set a price on teachings.
