In 1:1 sessions, we engage in mindful communication, meditation, and yoga to support healing and growth amidst the stress of your present life challenges.

What's a Session Like? Sarah Jane does not offer a standard practice prescription. By listening to your circumstances and goals, and following cues from your body and nervous system, she customizes sessions to offer support from the traditions in which she has trained and continues to study. Sessions may include:
Sharing recent circumstances that feel charged or uncomfortable
Tuning into inner chatter with internal family systems view
Choosing methods and setting an intention for the session
Pranayama, yin or yang yoga, or mindful movement to adjust energy
Mindfulnessmeditation on the body, heart, or mind, for inner insight
Compassion and gratitude meditations as self-care
Developing a self-led practice routine that complements your lifestyle
Discussion of books and other resources to support your path
Format, Fees, and Policies Frequency varies. A common format is once or twice weekly for an hour, while some benefit from shorter or longer sessions, perhaps every other week, or to check in monthly.
Sarah Jane offers sessions online as well as in-person in her home studio (and shorter check-ins by phone).
Session fees are based on the rate of $120/hour, with sliding scale starting at $80.

Students remain responsible for payment when cancelling within 48 hours of a session.
