What's a Session Like? Sarah Jane does not offer a standard practice prescription. By listening to your circumstances and goals, and following cues from your body and nervous system, she customizes sessions to offer support from the traditions in which she has trained and continues to study. Sessions may include:
Sharing circumstances that feel charged or uncomfortable
Tuning into inner chatter with internal family systems view
Choosing methods and setting an intention for a practice
Practicing breathwork, yin or yang yoga, or mindful movement to adjust energy
Meditating on the body, heart, or mind, for inner insight
Using compassion and gratitude meditations as self-care
Discussing books and other resources to support your journey
Format, Fees, and Policies Frequency varies. A common format is once or twice weekly for an hour, while some benefit from shorter or longer sessions, perhaps every other week, or to check in monthly.
Sarah Jane offers sessions online as well as in-person in her home studio.
Session fees are based on the rate of $120/hour, with sliding scale starting at $80.

Students remain responsible for payment when cancelling within 24 hours of a session.
